I just wrapped up the first day of our 2-day Essentials of Project Management workshop at one of my favorite biotech clients. A topic that came up today is how to deal with team members that suffer from bad morale. Of course there are no easy answers, but in this brief video, I share a story and some research that was reported in Bob Sutton’s Wall Street Journal article (subscription may be required to read) years ago.
Could it be that just one slacker or jerk could drop team performance by 30-40 percent?
