A How-To Guide for Psychological Safety
Fear is something that can impact us as individuals for sure, and it spreads to teams and organizations. In this episode, we’re going to take this topic of fear head-on to help empower us as leaders to deal with it.
My guest today is Mark Minukas, co-author of a book entitled Unfear: Transform Your Organization to Create Breakthrough Performance and Employee Well-Being.
In this episode, Mark talks about what unfear means–and doesn’t mean. He shares some of the less effective approaches we might be tempted to take when it comes to fear—and why they don’t work. Mark explains why the story we create about fear matters more than the fear itself. And he gives us some ideas on how we can start dealing better with fear ourselves so we can start to help our team as well. It’s a conversation I’m looking forward to sharing with you.
