Being Allies for Women in Project Management
Project management is a fantastic career path for us all, and especially women. As much progress as women have made in the workplace, there remain many barriers that, quite frankly, many men are blind to.
In this episode, we’re going to focus on this in a way that I hope you will find empowering, encouraging, and actionable. It’s not a discussion that is blaming or shaming men. It’s about helping us see that there’s work to do, and I think both men and women are going to walk away from today’s discussion with ideas you can take action on right away.
My guests in this episode are David Smith and Brad Johnson, authors of the new book Good Guys: How Men Can Be Better Allies for Women in the Workplace. Learn more about Brian and David at wbradjohnson.com/books.
